Corporate Legal Specialist 40-60%

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a highly organized, trustworthy and proactive professional with a strong interest in corporate governance, compliance and legal matters. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you will work closely with senior management and support the CFO on key organizational and Group-wide topics, giving you broad insight into an international business.

Your tasks

  • Coordinate the organization, preparation and follow-up of Board of Directors meetings across the Group
  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), including invitations, documentation and minutes
  • Manage commercial register matters and coordinate corporate changes
  • Coordinate external legal counsel and support the organization on legal matters
  • Provide administrative support and maintain documentation for legal cases
  • Review, manage and maintain contracts and Service Level Agreements, ensuring structured contract management and filing
  • Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Support risk management and compliance activities across the Group
  • Maintain and document our international corporate and ownership structure
  • Ensure complete, accurate and legally compliant corporate documentation
  • A basic understanding of tax matters, including transfer pricing, is an advantage

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications

  • Background in business administration or law, ideally complemented by further education in corporate governance, compliance, business or tax law, or a paralegal qualification
  • Several years of experience in a comparable role within Corporate Office, Legal or Compliance
  • Experience in contract management and corporate law matters is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English, both written and spoken
  • Confident user of MS Office
